Be it known, on this day and henceforth, that the Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation, a sovereign and matrilineal Tribal Nation established in Divine and Natural Law, maintains a Tribal Registry as a living record of its People. This Registry serves as lawful public notice of the Nation’s existence, membership, and lineage continuity.

Only limited details are displayed publicly for the purpose of international recognition, lawful standing, and public record. The full and complete Registry of the Nation—including genealogical, birth, and membership records—is maintained privately in the Book of the Nation under the care and seal of the Mother Mirtha’s Spiritual Council.

Disclaimer of Rights and Use

1 The Registry is the sole and exclusive property of Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation. It is not public domain.

2 Any use, reproduction, citation, misrepresentation, or commercial exploitation of these records without express written consent of the Nation constitutes unlawful trespass and dishonor.

3 Names and appellations recorded herein affirm the living, sovereign status of the people of Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation. They are not corporate entities and are not subject to foreign jurisdiction.

4 This Registry does not grant outsiders authority, jurisdiction, or claims upon the Nation, its land, or its people. It exists solely for lawful notice, recognition, and record.

5 By entering this Registry, you acknowledge these terms and agree to respect the sovereignty, privacy, and spiritual jurisdiction of Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation.

Reservation of Rights

All rights, titles, and interests are reserved by Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation. The Nation remains under the protection of the Great Mother and Father Creator, the ancestral bloodlines, and the authority of Divine & Natural Law.
