We, the living matrilineal descendants of the wombline of Creation, do hereby declare and affirm before all men, nations, corporations, and governments that Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation exists as spiritual Tribal Nation rooted in divine law, natural law, and aboriginal ancestral wisdom.
We are living, breathing, womb-born free men, free women, and free children of flesh and spirit, not corporate fictions, not franchises of any State, and not subjects of foreign jurisdictions. We are governed by no man above “God” The Creator and the natural laws of Creation.
The Mother Mirtha’s Spiritual Council is our Religious Assembly and Tribal Court, vested with sacred authority to govern the spiritual, ceremonial, and lawful affairs of the Nation. The Ashaniyāh School of Natural Law, a Private Membership Association, is the educational and cultural arm of the Nation, serving to preserve and teach natural law, freedom, and the ancestral ways of life.
Therefore, let it be known and lawfully noticed that:
1 We are free, womb-born living beings. Our rights come by blood and by spirit, not by permission of any State, corporation, or man-made authority. We are the heirs and trustees of our ancestral dominion.
2 No foreign jurisdiction applies. Any agent, officer, or corporation acting against us or our members acts in fraud and dishonor of Divine and Natural Law. All contracts, statutes, codes, and presumptions not entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally are null and void ab initio.
3 Balance and Divine Union. The Nation is founded on the balance between the Feminine (source of life, womb, nurture, law of spirit) and the Masculine (guardian, protector, provider). Any violation of this sacred balance is a violation against Creation itself.
4 STOP and DESIST. All persons, agencies, officers, and entities are hereby ordered to cease and desist any interference, trespass, or harm to our members, their bodies, children, property, land, enterprises, or spiritual rights. Any violation shall constitute trespass and dishonor under Divine Law and shall be subject to remedy before our Tribal Court and in courts of competent jurisdiction.
5 Land and Stewardship. We affirm our sacred right to steward, protect, and inhabit the lands of our ancestors, to cultivate gardens, sanctuaries, and ceremonial grounds, and to preserve creation for our descendants. No foreign claim, patent, or seizure shall abrogate this inheritance.
6 All Rights Reserved. We reserve all natural, divine, and hereditary rights, nunc pro tunc, ab initio, and forever. We do not and will not consent to any compelled performance, adhesion contracts, or foreign encroachment.

• The inherent sovereignty of Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation
• International recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Rights (UNDRIP 2007)
• The perpetual living authority of the womb-born heirs of the Great Mother and Father Creator
