About Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation
Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation is a spiritual, aboriginal, and indigenous Tribal Nation rooted in Divine and Natural Law. We are the living continuation of a sacred people once forgotten, now reborn through the wombline of the First Mother and carried forward through her descendants.
Our Nation is founded upon the matrilineal principle: the womb is the source of life, and the maternal line carries the inheritance, identity, and protection of the bloodline. From this root flows our sovereignty, which comes not from governments or institutions, but from the Great Mother and Father Creator, the ancestors, and the natural order of Creation.

Our Sacred Balance
We honor the Divine Feminine as the source, nurturer, and law of life, and the Divine Masculine as guardian, protector, and provider. Together, these energies form the sacred union that sustains family, community, and nationhood. Our governance is not based in hierarchy or domination, but in balance, harmony, and the circle of life.

Our Mission
We are the living roots returned to truth. Our mission is to protect the womb, honor the children, restore harmony with nature, and guide our people back to the natural way of life.

The Four Pillars of Ashaniyāh Shakur Nation
1 The Womb is the Source
All life flows from the womb. Women, children, and the continuity of the bloodline are centered in our Nation as the sacred root of existence.
2 Divine Balance of Feminine & Masculine
We uphold harmony, not domination. The Mother Mirtha’s Council and the Council of Mecca walk together as allies, embodying the sacred union of creation and protection.
3 Sovereignty & Sacred Law
Our governance flows from Divine and Natural Law. We affirm our inherent right to self-determination, free from foreign jurisdiction, with every living child born free under the Nation’s protection.
4 Stewardship of Earth & Community
We are caretakers of land, water, plants, and all living beings. Our people live in reciprocity, cultivating food, medicine, knowledge, and culture for generations to come.

The Seven Codes of the Ashaniyāh People
1 Truth – We walk in truth, for it is the foundation of freedom.
2 Protection – We protect the womb, the children, the land, and our people.
3 Healing – We preserve and restore balance through natural medicine, ceremony, and ancestral ways.
4 Reciprocity – We give and receive in harmony, honoring the sacred balance of exchange.
5 Community – We believe in returning to the village, raising children, building families, and caring for eachother.
6 Creation – We embrace our role as co-creators with the Great Mother and Father Creator.
7 Honor – We honor the ancestors, the elements, and all who walk in alignment with Divine Law.
